March 2026 Monthly Meeting Minutes
The Monthly Meeting of the LOUISIANA XII CHAPTER of the BLUE KNIGHTS INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB was called to order on March 2nd, 2026, at 6:48 PM by Chapter President Gerald Cormier.

1A: Roll call found 5 members present and 5 spouses present.

1B: Copies of the minutes from the November 3rd, 2025 meeting are on the chapter website and were emailed to everyone. There were no meetings in December 2025, January 2026, or February 2026.
A motion was made to accept the minutes of the November 3rd, 2026 monthly meeting

Item #2 - Treasurers Report
The Treasures Report was prepared and presented by Treasurer Pink Duckworth Copies of the Treasurers Report were distributed. As of November 3rd, 2025, the balance of the account is:
Regular Account Balance is: $3023.00
Expenses: VP.Verrette renewed 2026 dues
to International w/ chapter debit card on
1/27/26 -$275.00
Deposits: VP.Verrette made a deposit on
1/27/26 for +$440.00
Balance $3188.00

Item #3 -Vice President’s Report
3A- Our March monthly ride will be to Nobile’s Restaurant in Lutcher on the 21st. We will meet at the Westbank bridge park at 4 PM, kick stands up 4:15.
3B- Our April monthly ride will be to Murky waters restaurant in Gulfport MS, on April 18. We will meet across from Landry’s on the Lakefront at 9:30 AM
Kick stands up shortly thereafter.
Item #4 - President’s Report
4A- President Cormier advised us of the upcoming SRC Conference.
4B- President Cormier approved to change the April meeting to April 13th due to the Easter Holiday.
Item #5- The next monthly meeting will be held on April 13th 2026, at Piccadilly’s in Gretna. Dinner at 6:00 PM, the meeting will start at 6:30 P.M.
